Qualified candidates will:

  • Responsible for acquiring new business in an assigned geographic territory.
  • Acting in a consultative capacity, responsible for building relationships in small and medium businesses.
  • Consistently prospect, develop and close opportunities.
  • Build strategic relationships with decision makers in target accounts.
  • Develop and qualify leads, and build a robust reliable pipeline of opportunities.
  • Stay current and informed on new developments in the IT industry
  • Schedule and conduct meetings and presentations with key decision-makers.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • 5+ years of successful IT solution sales.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and recognized success in negotiating and closing new business.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex sales with an extended sales cycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and present credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including CEO, CFO, CIO and Director level.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and a vehicle for transportation to and from client locations as required.

 

Network Engineer   Full Time

Qualified candidates will:

  • Possess a demonstrated passion for providing fantastic customer experiences.
  • Provide 2nd level support for network support issues to external and internal clients on connectivity and systems products.
  • Be the Internal resource to handle project issues that need research/troubleshooting, but may not need on-site presence or when an engineer is scheduled for future project or on-site work, resolution to the customer’s issue is ready for the engineer to implement when he arrives.
  • Monitor alerts received from monitoring tool and remedy customer issues in a timely manner.  Work to determine trends on customer networks that could be proactively modified to resolve an issue before it happens.
  • Support statistics generation, monitor backup status and correct errors, assist in monitoring support paperwork to ensure accuracy and invoicing, assist on special projects or perform other duties as assigned by the Professional Services Manager.
  • Looking for someone with 5-7 years’ experience with switches, routers, wireless and firewalls.  The ideal candidate would have significant Cisco and/or Meraki experience / certs.  Knowledge of / experience with data center technologies (servers, server OS, hypervisors, storage) would be a plus.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and a vehicle for transportation to and from client locations as required.

 

Tech Support Engineer   Full Time

Qualified candidates will:

 

  • Possess a demonstrated passion for providing fantastic customer experiences.
  • Provide first level support for end-user and network support issues to external and internal clients.
  • Monitor alerts received from monitoring tool and remedy customer issues in a timely manner.  Work to determine trends on customer networks that could be proactively modified to resolve an issue before it happens.
  • Support statistics generation, monitor backup status and correct errors, assist in monitoring support paperwork to ensure accuracy, assist on special projects or perform other duties as assigned by the Professional Services Manager.
  • Have 1-3 years of experience in a help desk environment including systems integration experience and proven customer service skills; experience with network protocols, CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications, experience with implementing and troubleshooting Symantec Antivirus, Veeam and Microsoft Office applications.  Experience in VPN, RDP, Citrix, and other remote applications a plus.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and a vehicle for transportation to and from client locations as required.
