  • Deliver project based engagements that encompass system planning and design, proof-of-concept and implementation services for small / medium and Enterprise level clients.
  • Provide technical assistance/support to internal and external clients on installed environments.
  • Attain and maintain technical certifications based on management directives and vendor requirements.
  • Demonstrate experience installing, maintaining and troubleshooting in any / all of the following technologies-
    • Cloud – Azure, AWS, Office 365
    • Microsoft – Active Directory, Exchange 2007/2010/2013, Server 2008/2013/2016
    • Storage Area Networks – NetApp, Nimble, HP
    • HP/Cisco Server and Blade technologies
    • Enterprise backup/disaster recovery.
    • VMWare – vSphere, Capacity Planner, View, Site Recovery Manager
    • Networking – Cisco, HP, Meraki
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and a vehicle for transportation to and from client locations as required.
  • A VMWare VCP, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and/or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification or Cisco certification is required.  Additional certifications are a plus.

 

IT Support Professional   Full Time

Qualified candidates will:

  • Possess an absolute passion for providing fantastic customer experiences.
  • Provide 2nd level support for network support issues to external and internal clients on connectivity and systems products.
  • Be the Internal resource to handle project issues that need research/troubleshooting, but may not need on-site presence or when an engineer is scheduled for future project or on-site work, resolution to the customer’s issue is ready for the engineer to implement when he arrives.
  • Monitor alerts received from monitoring tool and remedy customer issues in a timely manner.  Work to determine trends on customer networks that could be proactively modified to resolve an issue before it happens.
  • Support statistics generation, monitor backup status and correct errors, assist in monitoring support paperwork to ensure accuracy and invoicing, assist on special projects or perform other duties as assigned by the Professional Services Manager.
  • Have 1-3 years of experience preferred in a microcomputer and help desk environment including systems integration experience and proven customer service skills; experience with network protocols, A+ and Network+ certifications, Symantec Antivirus (SEP), Symantec Backup Exec, Veeam and Microsoft Office applications.  Experience in VPN, RDP, Citrix, and other remote applications a plus.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and a vehicle for transportation to and from client locations as required.
