Jeff Frankel serves as President of CPI. With more than two decades’ experience in corporate business development, he has worked with industry-leading firms including docSTAR, Authentidate Holding Corp, Trac Medical Solutions, Health Focus of NY, EFS Healthcare Group and Ernst & Young and offers innovative perspectives on streamlining business for improved efficiency and productivity.
A born and bred New Yorker, Jeff earned an MBA from Union College in Health Systems Administration, and his BS in Marketing at SUNY at Buffalo.
When he’s not creating positive customer experiences, Jeff likes to golf and ski with his wife Lisa and their three boys. An aficionado of single malt scotch, he is careful not to mix that indulgence with his passion for classic Mustangs.

We welcomed back Joe Cunningham in August 2014. Joe managed CPI from 2000 through 2005, significantly improving the business during his tenure. Joe was most recently sales manager at TW Telecom. Joe brings strong leadership and general management experience to the team, along with a successful sales management record and overall technology acumen.

With more than 25 years of experience in technology, management, and sales, Scott is committed to the success of CPI and its customers. A self-described tech-evangelist, Scott also enjoys travelling extensively and is a former restaurateur and an enthusiastic foodie

Tom is strategically involved in monitoring trends and selecting technologies that compliment our engineering capabilities. Tom works with the Sales and Engineering teams to provide our customers with effective and reliable solutions to address their business initiatives. Tom has been with CPI for 20 years and holds a B.S. degree in Management Information Systems from Marist College.
Human Resources Manager
Alana Koch joined CPI in January of 1997. Alana has over 21 years of experience across all of CPI’s internal disciplines ranging from Administration, End-User Services, Marketing, Accounting and Human Resources. Her broad HR experience includes benefits, employee relations, payroll, talent acquisition and management. She is an excellent cook… and has yet to lose a CPI Iron Chef competition!
Alana holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and a SHRM-CP from the Society for Human Resource Management. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Capital Region Human Resources Association (CRHRA).
Customer Support Team Lead
As CPI’s Customer Support Team Lead, Amanda is responsible for effectively running the Support Desk function and project coordination for the Professionals Services team. Amanda works with all departments for seamless collaboration on services sales and delivery. Amanda has been with CPI for 2 years and holds an A.S. in Business Administration and Management from SUNY Schenectady Community College.
